His doors and heart were open all hours of the day and night to help his people. Every ben Torah and every Jew felt that the Chazon Ish was a concerned father, he felt his pain, lived his troubles, and was willing to be moser nefesh to help and extricate them from their problems.

The book tells the story of the churban of European Jewry, alongside the story of the rebuilding of the survivors, who reached Eretz Yisrael broken and alone. The Chazon Ish became the father of each individual and of the Klal. With unbelievable means and mesirus nefesh he succeeded in raising the Jewish nation from the dust and reestablishing the Torah world, its institutions and yeshivos, an entire world which was recreated – by one person, the Chazon Ish.

The book tries to follow the miraculous and wondrous path of building of the Jewish people, and describe the unbelievable miracle of revival led by the Chazon Ish. The Chazon Ish worked to establish the world of the yeshivos and the institutions in their pure state, in the manner handed down from Sinai.

This is the story of the wondrous rebirth of the Jewish nation in the Land of Israel, for which the Chazon Ish was the architect, builder, and captain, sent from heaven to lead the nation in one of its most difficult periods.
