The holy collections of the Chazon Ish
Maran the Chazon Ish passed away on that bitter day of 16 Cheshvan 5714 (1953). His passing left behind an enormous void among his many students and Torah-true Judaism in general.
Despite the incredible vacuum which remained behind, writings and objects from his life accumulated over the years, providing comfort and preserving the memory of the man and the vision, and offering a direct glimpse into his personality and life.
The items collected over the years include historic letters, recommendations, and rare and Torah documents, which were saved by his students in Israel and abroad, and gathered together with much effort.
The findings collected by the Home of the Chazon Ish include rare objects, Judaica and other items, which have been meticulously preserved for decades. You can also find unique photos, old writings and books, all of which are preserved under state-of-the-art conditions, so as to safeguard them for future generations.
